How do I choose the right phone model?

On each product page, select your exact phone model before adding the case to your cart. You can also start with our iPhone cases or Samsung cases collections.

What are the delivery times?

For the cases currently offered, the displayed estimate is generally 5–8 business days. If a product page states a different time, the time on that page is the reference.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Under the AkumaSkins refund policy, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Return shipping costs are covered according to the policy in effect. See the refund policy for the full conditions.

Is payment secure?

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
