In accordance with French and European law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give a reason for your decision.

How do I start a return?

To return an item, email us at akumaskins@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Return conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Our store covers return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. All our products are eligible for return.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at akumaskins@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will arrange the return and replacement or refund at no cost.
